Naturally, we think we know it all (although who are we kidding?) and we welcome the challenge when someone tells us we don’t.

We welcome all correspondence. If you have an issue for resolution or a complaint of any kind, we need to hear about it. Sometimes it will take us a little time to respond. It’s not that we don’t like you or that we don’t want to help out. It is usually a question of having lots of people asking us questions at the same time.

Also, in the same vein, we LOVE to hear when we do a good job. Besides having fragile egos (not really), it actually helps us know when something we’ve done needs to be repeated. If we have a particularly helpful suggestion, please, please, please let us know. A banner that is really converting well for you – please share the good news.

We pride ourselves on our customer service. We are really good listeners. Honest. We actually enjoy having our affiliate partners suggest ways for us to improve ourselves. We love to learn. Plus it’s really good for business. We continually refine our efforts internally to get more efficient but that process speeds up considerably when we have the input of thousands of webmasters who are in the field and know what is working for them.
